We are committed to developing the skills to perform rigorous, innovative, and impactful research, engage in effective communication, and successfully navigate career paths in science. We emphasize independence, creativity, breadth of knowledge, and teamwork, and build the confidence to embark on important new research directions. Our research group includes high school and undergraduate research interns, graduate students drawn from several CU Anschutz graduate training programs, and postdoctoral fellows. Our trainees have been extraordinarily successful in obtaining independent fellowships and our alumni are happily engaged in academic and industry research careers.
